All CardQuest purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted, except under the specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via email with details regarding available refund or exchange options.

Event Conduct

Attendees are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior throughout the event. CardQuest enforces a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive conduct, harassment, or any violation of event rules. Infractions may result in immediate removal without refund or compensation.

Liability Limitation

Event participation is at the attendee’s own risk. Event organizers, venue operators, and affiliated parties are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.

Entry Rights

Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or service to any individual who fails to comply with event terms or whose behavior may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others.

Legal Compliance

All attendees must comply with applicable local laws and regulations while at the event. Failure to do so may result in removal and potential legal consequences.

Media Policy

Photography, video recording, and audio recording are subject to specific restrictions. Attendees must follow all posted media policies and staff instructions regarding content capture.

Event Modifications

CardQuest reserves the right to adjust event scheduling, programming, or layout as needed. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to compensation or refunds.

Personal Property

Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including trading cards and collectibles. CardQuest is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Important Notice Regarding Food Vending

Please note that the Plano Event Center retains exclusive rights to all food and beverage sales within the building.

Food vending is strictly prohibited. Vendors are not permitted to sell or distribute food or beverages at the event. 

Do not submit or process any applications to become a food vendor.

Any food vendors attempting to set up at the show will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Terms Acceptance

By purchasing or using an event ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined above.
